Body Direction III
Body Direction II is a prerequisite to this school. You should be able to recognize global horsemanship faults. You should be able to recognize more complex behavioral issues and formulate logical approaches, based on the Falisi Horsemanship system, to most of them. You must be able to control your emotions. There mustn’t be any question as to whether or not you are mentally able to do what is necessary for the good of your horse.
- Refinement of the skills acquired in Body Direction II
- Lateral Work
- at the walk, trot and canter
- on circles and straight lines
- Balancing/Straightening your horse
- Understanding balance and straightness from the saddle
- Academic understanding of collection
For You
- confidence in your ability to correctly evaluate and factually assess
information, offered from any source, regarding horsemanship
- you will understand various maneuvers to improve your horse’s way of going
- more consistent application and release of aids
