Ross and Dawn accept horses on a limited basis and usually for no less than two months, there are some exceptions. Following is a general guideline for what you can expect if your horse is taken in for training:

• 12x12 stall accommodations (either day or night)

• Individual paddock turnout (either day or night)

• Twice daily hay and grain feedings

• Twice daily stall cleaning

• 5-6 training sessions per week as tolerated

• Training sessions inclusive of round pen work, ground work

and saddle work as appropriate

• All training performed by Ross or Dawn

• Training routinely addresses ground and under saddle “manners”

“Education begins a gentleman, conversation completes him”

Dr. Thomas Fuller

Training for each horse is customized, however, our approach to all horses is the same – we address the existing relationship between horse and handler, set it right, make the horse calm within and focused on his job and then proceed with performance.

There is a $100.00 deposit required to reserve a training slot for your horse which is applied to your first months’ training/board bill once your horse arrives.
